The Next Step Fitness Program

The Next Step Fitness Program is a drop-in program designed for participants over the age of 50. Two different hour-long classes, Stretching and Enhance Fitness, are available to accommodate all fitness and activity levels. This program is sponsored by the Happy Timers.
- One hour class.
- First half is in a chair.
- Second half is on the floor with your own yoga mat.
- Come for the entire class or just for what you are comfortable with.
- Enjoy stress relief and increased flexibility.
- One hour class.
- Incorporates all the elements of physical fitness:
- Stretching
- Strength training
- Upper & lower body exercises
- Cardio
- Balance improvement
- Age Group(s): 50 & up
