Camp Adapt; A Special Needs Camp

Camp Adapt, formerly Camp Pinehurst, is a summer camp with an emphasis on special needs youth. Campers work on socialization skills, physical activities, team building and special
activities.
Each participant is separated into age/ability settings to maximize their enjoyment and success in the program. The program is run by highly trained staff with years of experience in the field.

Weekly Dates:
Week 1: June 28-29
Week 2: July 3-6 (no camp July 4)
Week 3: July 10-13
Week 4: July 17-20
Week 5: July 24-27
Week 6: July 31-Aug. 3
Parents are free to explore full-funding scholarship options for their child. Any funding received through an outside entity requires a letter of proof to be submitted with the registration application.
If outside funding is not available, internal partial scholarships are available. Need based scholarships are available for youth programs on a first come, first served basis. Please apply for scholarships prior to registering. To apply, submit the application linked below to krjones@wicomicocounty.org. A staff member will follow up to discuss your application after submission.
Transportation is available to Wicomico County residents.
Breakfast, lunch and snacks are included.
Field trips are TBD.
Registration: Paperwork must be submitted in person at the Wicomico Civic Center box office (500 Glen Ave., Salisbury, M-F, 9 a.m.-6 p.m.). No refunds will be given.
