Edgewood Park is located just off of Route 50 on Memory Garden Lane. It is a well maintained neighborhood park with a large playground area, basketball court, and recreational softball field. The playground area includes a Gametime play set for children ages 5 – 12, two swing sets, and several riding toys. There are benches spread throughout the park, next to the playground and basketball court, giving mom or dad a nice way to watch their kids play for a while. Edgewood Park is the only park in the immediate area, making it especially convenient for families in the surrounding neighborhoods.
This park was funded in part by the Maryland Department of Natural Resources Program Open Space Grants.
