Youth Sports Core Values
Wicomico County is committed to promoting the growth of our community's youth. We support the following four core values in our youth sports programs.
Fun is the reason kids play sports. Our goal is that every child who participates in our programs will have enjoyable experiences.
We aim to create and maintain crucial social bonds in our community through sports and recreation.
We emphasize positive behavior and respect among players, coaches, officials and parents.
We strive to build a strong foundation through fundamental coaching and increasing players' knowledge of the sport.
