Cedar Hill Marina and Park park photo

Cedar Hill Marina and Park is located in the town of Bivalve, Maryland along the Nanticoke River. The park is about 15 miles from Salisbury via Nanticoke Road. The picturesque view is remarkable for boaters and park visitors alike.

The marina boasts 140 boat slips, additional transient slips, a dual concrete boat ramp for easy launching, a pump-out station and toilet and shower facilities.

The marina is surrounded by the peaceful and secluded park area. There is a pavilion and floating dock by the water’s edge, perfect for fishing or crabbing, and a small beach area with a gorgeous view of the river. Next to the marina is the wooded section of the park, providing shade in the summertime. Here visitors will find the public restroom facilities, another large pavilion with picnic tables and grills, a walking trail and a playground area. The playground includes two swing sets, a spinning merry-go-round and a play set with slides and climbing equipment.

On the other side of the marina, visitors will find tennis courts, a basketball court and a recreational soccer and softball field. The new Curtis Insley Annex, visible from Nanticoke Road at the second entrance to the park, provides new soccer and softball fields which are home to the Bivalve sports teams.

As part of Maryland's Clean Marina Initiative, the marina offers a glass, plastic and aluminum recycling station, an on-site emergency spill kit and monofilament fishing line recycling.
