Wicomico Wolverine Youth Wrestling

The history of wrestling dates back more than 1,500 years but it never gets old If your child is in grades one through eight, this sport might be the perfect social and physical outlet for them. Wrestling is as much about discipline and strategy as it is strength and endurance. Our experienced coaches focus on fundamental wrestling skills, sportsmanship and enjoyment of the sport, while also introducing competition to participants.

• Registration: September through November
• Program Fee: $65 per participant
• Age Group: Boys and girls in grades 1st through 8th
• Date(s): To be determined
• Time(s): Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6:00 pm - 7:30 pm. (subject to change)
• Location(s): Wicomico Youth and Civic Center Midway Room, unless otherwise noted on the schedule
• Details: Participants must have wrestling headgear (The Wolverines Club often sells them to participants at reduced rates). If you choose, your child may also be eligible to participate in local and regional tournaments and events (for an additional fee.
