- Age Group(s): Youth: 5-18 Adult: 18+ (rated youth players are welcome in adult tournament)
- Date(s): Youth: Friday, March 1; Adult: Saturday, March 2
- Time(s): Youth: registration begins at 5 p.m., play begins at 5:30 p.m.; Adult: registration begins at 8 a.m., play begins at 8:30 a.m.
- Location(s): Wicomico Civic Center, Da Nang Rooms 1-3, Midway
- Registration Dates: Open through March 2
- Program Fee: Youth: $7 (before March 1); Adult: $20 (before March 2)

- Late Fee: Additional $5 per participant when signing up on the day of the respective tournament
