Big Band Festival in the Poconos
When: Tuesday, August 17 – Wednesday, August 18

Cost: $230.95 per person / based on a double occupancy
$100/per person deposit due the day of sign up – Balance due on or before July 1st

Enjoy two days in the beautiful Poconos. Start with a late breakfast or early lunch at the Cracker Barrel en route. We will visit Paupack Blueberry Farm where you will be able to pick your own berries or purchase ones that have been picked for you. There are also blueberry pies, muffins, bread, ice-cream, jams and more to purchase. Enjoy your treat on the front porch as you watch the farm in action. Then we are off to enjoy dinner overlooking Lake Wallenpaupack After dinner we will enjoy a scenic sunset cruise on Lake Wallenpaupack and finish the your day with ice-cream. Awake the next morning to a continental breakfast, then we are off to Ehrhardt’s to enjoy the Big Band Festival.

Dolphins, Lunch & Chocolate in Lewes Delaware

What a great time of year to enjoy a 2 hour dolphin watching cruise. The weather is delightful and the water is still warm. While watching for dolphins we will enjoy a continental breakfast. After our morning cruise we will have lunch at The Buttery, a haven for inspired food served in a rich, warm and inviting atmosphere. Then we head to the Cape Henlopen State Park to indulge ourselves in chocolate at the 5th annual “Chocolate Tasting” Price includes; transportation, lunch, dolphin cruise, continental breakfast, Chocolate tasting admission, tax and gratuities.
St. Michaels & Tilghman Island Lunch

Head to picturesque St. Michaels, where colonial history and Victorian charm is combined. Start your visit with a stroll down the historic streets among lovingly restored homes, enchanting inns, and interesting boutiques. If boutiques don’t interest you, visit the Chesapeake Bay Maritime Museum and take a fascinating look at local history. Then we are off to Tilghman Island to enjoy lunch at Harrisons Chesapeake House. You will finish your day on a high note, cruising the Miles River aboard the Patriot. A Fall Adventure in Seven Springs

What a beautiful time of year to travel to Seven Springs, Pa. We will enjoy the foliage as we share 3 fun filled day together. We will have breakfast en route. When we arrive at the beautiful Seven Spring resort, lunch will be ready for us. Relax or take a hayride/carriage ride around the resort. Don’t relax too long or you might miss the visit to the Flight 93 Memorial site and dinner at one of the most interesting restaurant in the area, Green gables. We will start our morning with an eye and stomach pleasing breakfast buffet, then we are off on a memorable day. Our first stop will be Kentuck Knob, one of Frank Lloyd Wright’s uniquely designed homes. We will have lunch overlooking the beautiful foliage. Then off to a fun filled afternoon with Vicki Lawrence & Mama. This very funny show is a mixture of stand-up comedy, music and observation about true life. We are back at Seven Springs to enjoy dinner. Day 3 includes a breakfast and lunch buffet at Seven Springs and their one of a kind fall Festival. The trains display at the Brandywine River Museum is a decade-long tradition not including over a dozen evergreens decorated with whimsical critter ornaments made from natural materials. Inside the heated Conservatory at Longwood Gardens, thousands of tropical poinsettias are accented with the color and scent of amaryllis, narcissi, begonias, cyclamen and tulips. Outdoors the fountain jets in the Open Air Theatre dance colorfully to seasonal music, and half a million lights adorn trees and bushes. Live entertainment ranges from daily organ sing-alongs to guest performances by choral and instrumental groups. We will enjoy Longwood’s famous Yuletide dinner while experiencing this beautiful holiday display. The elegance of the DuPont family home of Winterthur will impress you with its Yuletide tour, when holiday finery adorns lavish rooms.
